My name is Zarah Chisholm. I am a qualified dyslexia assessor and specialist teacher with over ten years’ experience across all age ranges.
I am a member of PATOSS and hold a current practicing certificate.
I offer both in-person and online assessments.

What is a full diagnostic dyslexia assessment?
- A comprehensive assessment using specialist tests, which provide a definitive diagnosis
- This type of assessment can only be carried out by highly qualified specialist assessors who hold accreditation with awarding bodies such as PATOSS. An assessment lasts approximately 3 hours.
What are diagnostic assessment reports?
- These provide a clear understanding of the individual learning needs and how these can be supported both at home, the educational environment and workplace.
- These provide evidence, if appropriate, for examination arrangements, DSA applications, and reasonable adjustments in the workplace. Additionally, comprehensive recommendations are included in the report.
